Guwahati Zoo

Guwahati State Zoo cum Botanical Garden is located within the Hengrabari Reserve Forest in Guwahati. It is home to animals, birds and reptiles representing about 113 species of animals and birds from around the world like Chimpanzees, White Rhinos & Black Rhinos, Zebras, Ostriches and Giraffes from Africa; Puma, Jaguar and Llama from South America and Kangaroos from Australia, Tigers, One horned Rhinos, Snakes and more. The State Zoo has also added a Museum and a Botanical Garden in the premises.
